Initial Ideas

Idea One: Love story

Genre: Romantic

This was one of the ideas that had come up in the group they wanted to create a film that is based on true lovers and to show how they fell in love so it would be a magical love story film where it shows how they meet and fall in love however we had though that this idea seems cheesy also as we are guys we thought that we may struggle with this idea therefore this would not be so good to do.

 Idea Two: Murder story

Genre: Horror

This was one of our ideas as we had though that we can make a horror theme film however this was genre that is very common when doing AS media video as we have done some research on previous as media students and had seen what they have produced in the previous years therefore as we have seen that this genre is too common we have chosen not to do this.

 Idea Three: Life of criminal

Genre: Thriller

This idea was to show the life of crime and to show rough street guy who had grew up in a rough neighborhood and to show what he does and what he gets into therefore this is something we can relate to as we have seen a lot of films like this so therefore we have many ideas to put into this film. However we have came up with  a much better idea as we was able to incorporate two of our ideas together.

Idea Four: Love story and crime story incorporated

Genre: Thriller/Love/Action

This idea incorporates two of our story one is the love story and one is the life of crime as this idea was much better as we were able to use two ideas that have been given in our groups so this had helped us created a better story line and plot. We was going to show that one of our characters falls in love with a criminals sister and from this we can show the life of crime and incorporate it with love as the criminal would not be happy that his sister is going out with some guy therefore this would show love and the life of crime and incorporate it with love as the criminal would not be happy that his sister is going out with some guy therefore this would show love and the life of crime story lines incorporated together.
